It’s tough to travel light when you’re on the go with kids in tow. Whether it’s a car seat, stroller, or baby bottle sterilizer, there are just some things families can’t take a vacation from. Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Family Suites makes packing easy, filling its Lisbon apartments with kid-friendly accessories, so parents can focus on enjoying their family time in Portugal’s bustling capital city.
Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Family Suites offers 37 apartments in a variety of studio to two bedroom configurations. The building dates to 1855, but has been renovated to offer all the modern conveniences traveling families have come to depend on. Apartment 102, a One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, has one bedroom with a king bed. Double doors can be left open or used to provide privacy and separate it from the rest of the open living space.
The living area boasts a cushy sofa that’s more than big enough for a family of four. Two windows and two sets of French doors that open to a Juliette balcony, allow natural light to flood the space. (The French doors are kept locked for safety, but guests can get a key from the front desk to open them for air flow.)

The bathroom is a tight space with a small vanity and single sink, along with a shower/bathtub combination. Below the vanity parents can find a variety of kid-friendly extras including a step stool and potty-training accessories.
