Whatever your reason for travel this festive season, consider choosing a holiday suite at a Hilton hotel themed to fan-favorite “countdown to Christmas” movies on the Hallmark Channel. The specialty suites will deliver the signature hospitality for which the company’s flagship brand is known, while providing guests with cheery décor, holiday joy, and an immersive environment.
A warm and cozy experience awaits at Hilton Chicago, 720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, in a suite created with the Hallmark Channel, complete with a custom crochet Christmas tree and knit accent wall perfect for snapping a snuggly selfie. The comforting holiday abode, also features knit-wrapped presents, a hot cocoa bar, gingerbread decorating and yet another one-of-a-kind Christmas tree for guests to enjoy a personal tree lighting ceremony.
Not your style? What about the Home Alone 2 Stay Package – The Kevin/ In the 1992 classic “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York”, the memorable and heartwarming scene where Kevin and his family are reunited on Christmas morning was shot in the Hilton Chicago’s Conrad Suite. In 2019, the hotel launched a limited-time “Home Alone 2” package allowing guests to live the lavish Kevin McCallister life with an exclusive themed experience in the original Conrad Suite featured in the movie. It’s not part of the Hallmark Collection promotion, but definitely Christmasy nonetheless.
The “Home Alone 2” package includes a whole cheese pizza from Herb ‘n Kitchen, made especially by the hotel’s Executive Chef (who is Pizza-aioli certified), a pool reservation for Cannon Ball Practice, accommodation in a suite, Paint Can for Sticky Bandit candy fill-ups at HNK, and an ADA-approved toothbrush.
Note: Hilton Chicago is a large hotel with 1,544 guest rooms and suites! Opened in 1927, it is a member of Historic Hotels of America®.
