North Rustico Harbour Inn on Canada’s Prince Edward Island
When a hotel’s Wi-Fi password is “vacation,” you get the vibe right away. And if you’re planning a trip to Prince Edward Island, on Canada’s Atlantic shores, the vibe is always “vacation at the beach” when you stay at the North Rustico Harbour Inn, a comfortable 18-room motel on the island’s north shore.
Here’s the scoop:

The rooms are simple and beachy at the North Rustico Harbour Inn.
Guest Rooms and Amenities
The North Rustico Harbour Inn is set back from Cavendish Road with a wide, well-manicured lawn, a short walk from the restaurants, cafes, and shops in the town of North Rustico.
The guest rooms are located in two buildings with free parking directly in front of each unit and pastel-painted Adirondack chairs outside each room.

All the basics in a compact space
Inside, the rooms have been updated with beach-themed bedding, small seating areas, and modern bathrooms. You can choose between one or two queen beds, but otherwise, the units are all similar.
Amenities include Keurig coffeemakers, mini-fridges, and microwaves tucked into a tall cabinet, with flat-screen TVs mounted on the wall opposite the beds.

It’s a short walk to North Rustico’s cafes and restaurants.
What’s Nearby?
The North Rustico Harbour Inn has no restaurant or breakfast service, but you can pick up pastries at the Olde Village Bakery or stop for coffee or a morning meal among the bookshelves at Tide & Tales, a bookstore-cafe. If you’d like to try a traditional lobster dinner, Fisherman’s Wharf Lobster Supper, with its 60-foot salad bar, unlimited desserts, and of course, your choice of lobster, is just down the road.
There’s also a grocery store nearby if you prefer to picnic or pick up snacks for the beach.
North Rustico is an excellent base when you’re headed for the beach, with the sandy shores of Prince Edward Island National Park extending along the island’s north coast.
Because on a Prince Edward Island holiday, it’s all about the beach.

On PEI, it’s all about the beach.
