Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace, Las Vegas Luxury

My latest trip to Las Vegas was all about luxury. Of course, Nobu Hotel Caesars Place, Las Vegas, luxury fits perfectly into my vacation plans. The Nobu Hotel was located within Caesars Palace resort.

Intimate hotel lounge with wood floor, gold and black patterned area rug and moss-green suede leather sofa fill the room. Four gold suede leather chairs are across from the sofa. A wood rectangular coffee tables holds 3 coffee table books. An abstract piece of art hangs above the sofa. Across from the entrance to the lobby room is a 3-paneled glass window. Bamboo plants partially obstruct a cement wall.

Opened in February of 2013, Nobu Matsuhisa, along with Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, developed the first Nobu Hotel. At 182 rooms, I wouldn’t call this a boutique hotel. However, the celebrity chef-branded hotel venture offered Japanese elegance on the Las Vegas, Nevada strip. With 12 floors and Nobu Villa on the 13th floor, the exclusive lobby entrance on the 72nd floor made registration a breeze. How does a hotel with 13 floors have a registration desk on the 72nd floor? There were 6 towers within Caesars Palace. Nobu Hotel was actually situated on the 2nd floor. This was the speediest elevator ride to the 72nd floor of my life.

King bed with white cotton duvet and 4 white pillows on bed. The beige wall behind the bed features a Japanese black ink flowing abstract across the hotel wall. A small, custom-made sofa sits below the Las Vegas strip window view. A black wood cabinet is across from the bed. On top the cabinet are mini-bar snack items on a tray. Closer to the window is a chair for the built-in desk.

Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace room categories

As with other luxury hotels on the Las Vegas strip, the property went through a multimillion-dollar refresh of all 182 rooms and public areas in 2021. My visit was in October 2025, and the rooms and public areas still looked luxurious. I noticed the Fili D’oro linens, as well as the Natura Bisse bath and skincare amenities. The 3.5 oz products of rosemary white tea scent were also available for purchase. (I may have brought some home with me.)

My room, #7703, was on the 77th floor. Room categories included king rooms, double queen rooms, 18 suites, and one Nobu Villa. At 10,300 square feet, with a view of the Las Vegas strip and an exclusive hot tub, Nobu Villa was on my wish list. I actually got to enjoy cocktails and Nobu Restaurant nibbles, along with other Caesars Palace restaurant samples, during an exclusive party.

Dining at Nobu Hotel

All hotel guests were entitled to an exclusive in-room dining menu created by Nobu’s culinary team, in addition to Nobu Restaurant priority reservations. There was also a Tanoshi “happy hour” from 5-6 p.m. in the Nobu lobby serving alcohol, but no food. There were plenty of dining options within the Caesars Palace Resort.

Nobu Hotel amenities

While there were 6 swimming pools within the Caesars Palace Resort complex, the Apollo pool was reserved for VIP’s and Nobu Hotel guests. The pool, with its private cabanas and lounge chairs for rent, was quite exclusive. I wore my Nobu Hotel plush cotton robe with matching white slippers down to the pool complex. I confess that I was a little unnerved as I walked through the Caesars Palace casino floor. Almost everyone that I encountered was either dressed in leisure or business attire; no other spa robes were in sight.

The private fitness center was accessible to Nobu Hotel guests. Additionally, the hotel offered Peloton bikes delivered to their room for $100 per day, plus tax, or complimentary in the fitness center.

Depending on the time of year you visit Las Vegas, rates vary dramatically. Rates start at $123, in addition to Clark County room tax and the mandatory $55 daily resort fee. The hotel offered PetStay rooms with a maximum of 2 dogs. There was a $20 daily self-parking fee. Valet parking was $40 daily.
